Density describes how full the wig looks. Around 150% density generally gives a lighter, everyday finish. 180% density looks fuller through the lengths, while 200% density creates a more voluminous result. Curl pattern and length also affect how full a wig appears, so compare density together with texture rather than on its own.

3. Pick length with texture in mind

Straight hair shows its full measured length. Waves and curls look shorter when worn because the pattern draws the hair upward. If you want a curly style to finish at the same visual point as a straight style, you may prefer a longer measurement. Unexpected Delays

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised date and ask whether you agree to the delay. If you do not agree, or if we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected item and refund the original payment method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours of dispatch. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your ARELVIENNE piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
In its original packaging with all tags, nets, and accessories included.
Free from any styling products, perfume, or odors.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any wig or hair extension that has been removed from its sealed packaging and tried on or worn.
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
Custom or bespoke orders.

The hygiene exception applies only where permitted by applicable law and where the item was supplied in sealed packaging suitable for hygiene protection. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
